Our Story
Meet Our Founder
Taami has proudly owned and directed her dance studio for over 30 years. Growing up as a dancer, Taami went on to earn her degree in Dance and Theatre and have received numerous Outstanding Choreography awards throughout her career. Teaching is truly her passion and helping dancers grow, learn, and gain confidence is the most rewarding part of what she does. Taami's heart and soul are in her work.
In addition to dance, Taami has been a group fitness instructor for over 20 years, teaching fitness group classes and has worked as a personal trainer. She also owns a macro nutrition and fitness coaching company where she helps clients reach their health and wellness goals.
None of this would be possible without the love and support of my husband and my three daughters, who grew up in the studio and share my love of dance.
Taami is incredibly grateful to do what she does every day, inspiring others to move, grow and become the best version of themselves. Taami's mission is to continue to uplift, inspire and empower others to discover their strength, confidence and love for movement.
