📅 SESSION STRUCTURE & PAYMENTS

Fall Session: Sept–Dec (4 monthly payments)

Spring Session: Jan–May (5 monthly payments)

Summer: 7-week sessions (1 payment)

💳 Tuition Payment

All monthly tuition is paid via automatic credit/debit card payment on the 1st of the month.

Full session payment (Fall, Spring, or Summer) may be made by cash, check, or credit card (discount applies).

Pro-rated tuition available only if starting after session begins.

No refunds or credits for early withdrawal or missed classes.
💸 Late Payment Policy

$15 late fee applied if card declines and payment isn’t made by the 7th.

No class participation if payment isn’t made by the 15th.

Accounts 30+ days overdue will be sent to collections.

All exceptions must be submitted in writing and approved by the owner.
🔄 ENROLLMENT POLICIES

Students are automatically enrolled from Fall to Spring unless the studio is notified.

To change classes or drop enrollment for Spring:

Notify by Dec 1 (to change classes)

Notify by Dec 15 (to drop Spring session)

👗 DRESS CODE
Ballet

Girls: Solid leotard, tights, ballet skirt/shorts, pink ballet shoes

Boys: Dance pants/sweats, black ballet shoes
Jazz, Poms, Lyrical, Tap, Hip Hop

Clothing: Exercise clothes (no jeans, khakis, oversized tees)

Shoes:

Jazz/Poms: Black jazz shoes

Lyrical: Pirouettes, foot undies, or bare feet (teacher’s choice)

Tap: Black tap oxfords preferred

Hip Hop: Clean sneakers not worn outside

🎭 PERFORMANCES & COSTUMES

Spring Recital & Theatre Production: Large annual shows (ticketed)

Tickets: $30–$35

Winter Mini Performance (Showcase): In-studio showcase

Costume Fees: $75–$125 per class

We will measure dancers for their costumes; parents are responsible for alterations if needed.

✅ ATTENDANCE & BEHAVIOR

Regular attendance is essential

Call for any absence

Students must arrive no more than 10 minutes early and be picked up promptly after class

$20 late pick-up fee if more than 20 mins late

Students must show respect to all teachers, peers, and parents

Negative or disrespectful behavior by students or parents may result in dismissal with no refund
👀 OBSERVATION POLICY

Observation Week: First week of each month only

Use viewing windows only; no tapping on glass, no room entry

Lobby use allowed; dressing rooms are for dancers only
❄️ CANCELLATION POLICIES

Classes are not canceled for staff absence; substitutes will teach

For weather-related closures, follow Cherry Creek, Littleton, and Douglas County School Districts

No refunds or makeups for closures due to weather, power outages, etc.
🧼 STUDIO CONDUCT & SAFETY

No food/gum in dance rooms or locker rooms; water bottles required

Clean up after yourself

Label personal items; no valuables in the studio

Centerstage is not responsible for lost/stolen items

Parents should walk students in/out of the building
-
No unsupervised waiting outside; no student may leave without a parent
