Tuition & Pricing Policies

At Centerstage, we strive to offer high-quality performing arts education with clear and structured policies. Below is a detailed outline of our tuition, billing, and associated fees.

Session Structure & Billing

Our academic year is divided into three sessions:

  • Fall Session: September – December (4 monthly payments)
  • Spring Session: January – May (5 monthly payments)
  • Summer Session: July – August (1 payment)
  • All families are required to set up automatic monthly payments via credit or debit card.
  • Tuition is processed on the 1st of each month.
  • Families may opt to pay the full session in advance via cash, check, or credit card and receive a prepayment discount.

Tuition Rates (Per Student)

For 1 Hour per week $85.00 per month
For 1 ½ Hours per week $100.00 per month
For 2 Hours per week $125.00 per month
For 3 Hours per week $165.00 per month
For 4 Hours per week $185.00 per month
For 5 Hours per week $210.00 per month

  • Sibling Discount: 10% off tuition for each additional sibling.
  • Tuition is based on the session as a whole and remains consistent regardless of the number of weeks in a month.
  • Holidays and breaks are already factored into pricing.

Registration & Additional Fees

  • Annual Registration Fee:
    • $35 per student | $80 per family
  • Drop-in Class: $20 per class
  • Performance Ticket Fees: $25–$35 per ticket (in lieu of a recital fee)
  • Costume Fees:
    • $76–$125 per class, plus accessories (e.g., poms)
    • Costume payments are due in February 

Important Policies

  • Missed Classes: No refunds or credits are issued. However, make-up classes may be scheduled through the Office Manager.
  • Late Payments:
    • A $20 late fee is applied to accounts with failed/expired cards after the 7th of the month.
    • Students will not be permitted to attend class if payment is not received by the 15th.
    • Accounts over 30 days past due may be referred to a collection agency.
  • Withdrawals:
    • Written notice is required via our Class Withdrawal and Automatic Payment Cancellation Form.
    • Notice must be received 30 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
    • Financial responsibility remains in effect until a written withdrawal is submitted and acknowledged.

Class Continuation Policy

Students are automatically re-enrolled from the Fall to the Spring session unless the office is notified by December 1. If a student intends to change or discontinue classes for Spring, written notice must be submitted by this date.
